Conduct Matters

Catalogue

These courses are written for those working in the UK insurance industry and so will focus on the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and (where appropriate) the Society of Lloyd’s. However, the principles make sense for a number of industries.

Please note there is a FREE TASTER version of each course which you can view without needing to register.

If you are an individual there are two ways to enrol on a course:

  • If your employer does not have its own Client Portal then you can view and purchase any of the courses listed below via the Conduct Matters e-learning portal. You need to register to see the courses and can then make a purchase. Registration does not obligate you to buy a course.
  • If your employer has a Client Portal then please contact your portal administrator to ask to be enroled on the course you wish to take.

If you are a company, you can:

  • Buy a number of these courses by going to the bulk order page where you can submit your requirements and will be invoiced, or
  • Manage your own Client Portal, with access to all or any of these courses and the facility to add/manage your learners for only £500+VAT per annum with a discounted enrolment rate - go to the Client Portal information page to find out more.
